Two month nightmare! Would never recommend them to anyone for repairs because they are dishonest with their customers. I never complain about things but this was unacceptable! My car was initially in the shop in February for a front bumper and front grill repair after I hit a deer. Sam gave me an estimate that looked fair. I left it in the shop for repairs for two weeks. They said they would work on the bumper and in the meantime, they told me they were waiting on a part for the front grill but that should be in soon. They said that they ordered the wrong part and sent that back so they were just waiting on the correct part to come in. Then, apparently, they received the correct part but it was damaged. I asked about how long it would take to get another part and they said they reordered it but that it was on back order with no ETA. I then decided that after two weeks, I would have them put the car back together (since the car was still drivable), I would pick up my car, and they agreed that they would call me once the new part arrived. They wouldn't release the car to me unless I paid the full amount even though there was still work to be done. When I went in to pick up the car, I

I just had the most amazing experience in the repair of my car. A few years ago, I had some body work done on my car by a certain company. Within a couple of years, my hood began to rust terribly, and also began to emit white streaks, that were getting all over my car, from the damaged hood. Recently I brought it back but that business was gone, replaced by Northside. Despite not being the ones who did the original work, they inspected the car, and agreed to replace the hood under warranty! I had an appointment within the week and the job was completed in 2 days! On top of that, everyone that I talked to there was a gem. Amber, Morgan and Sam were awesome. Here’s the best part, they never even asked me to do this review, but they certainly deserve it!

We are return customers of Northside Collision as our services in the past have been exceptional. Unfortunately, I cannot say that about this experience. Our initial complaints were the moving timelines of when our car was actually going to be started. The car was received in late November after an accident with a deer. Moving timelines went from two weeks to three weeks to four weeks to a month. The car did not get started until the first week of January when it was shipped to the Greece Northside Collision location. Our initial communication with Matt at the Greece Location was exceptional. He reviewed the entire estimate once the car was finally broken down and understood our frustration about how long this entire process had been taking. He was very kind and reassuring as was the rest of the staff at that location. We did not get many updates during the approximate five or six weeks while the car was being repaired. After my phone calls to just get any status update, they discovered that for some reason I was not getting their text messages and switched to making phone calls. I did get two updates after that before the car was finally finished and shipped back to Camillus where
